Hi guys n gals? Bought a 51 plate passat sport estate last week with a water coolant problem. The temperature goes up to 90 pretty slowly & stays there unless the car is under load, where it goes up further. Losing about 3/4 of a litre after 50 miles. It is coming out of the overflow under the expansion tank. When the car is running, the coolant is not returning to the expansion tank. Was told, and have receipts to say that the car had a new water pump, thermostat & expansion bottle cap fitted in April this year. I'm starting to think the radiator could be blocked?
Any ideas?
