smoke & fumes

Hey guys, me again, wondering if anyone can help once again. Every time well 4/5 times i start my car and the smoke from the rear pours from it and this is not just when its cold, its constant, and not only that it would take the breath from you, its like sulpher or something in it? your eyes and all start to sting. These however is if the car is sitting idle for about 5-10 mins taking over. Anyone any clue?
