to get them right, Now for the back i knew they dont go as low so i started at the lowest setting and put the wheel back on lowered the car back to the floor and there was no difference from before, i have no even taken the adjuster out and its still no better i can get my hand on the tyre and when i measure the drivers rear side( that i have no done yet) its the same as the one with the coilover fitted 
have any of you had this problem, im going to phone the shop where i got them from because there is no way this can be right
