B3/B4 oil leaking on injection pump

Hello,
I'm new on this forum, i'm hope i post in the right topic.
I'm the proud owner of a passat B3/B4 3A2 1.9TD 55kW from 1996.
Does anyone know what the part marked with the blue arrow in the picture is? ( not the yellow)
It is now leaking some drops of oil.
How can this be fixed?
