Heater blower no longer working

Anyone know what's up? The switch was stuck in one position (0 out of the 0-1-2-3)so I put a new switch in an it worked fine for a day. Went to turn it on the next day and it has stuck in one position again (3 out of 0-1-2-3).
The blower sort of worked if you twist hard on the switch but the fan sounded a bit funny. Like a plastic squeaky sound if you can imagine that? Haha

Any ideas? Got another switch but I recon it'll only do the same if I pop that one in there
