Spotted a Blue T Reg.. T--- RKR? going M5 southbound between jct 11 and 12...Lowered tinted rear windows and lots of white stickers in the corners on the rear window, possibly travelling in convoy with a light blue golf...couldn't really tell as neither of them were hanging about...
