Who is this guy??

I see him on the road that goes to Lacock/Trowbridge just outside of Hawkeridge in Westbury. Twice now once a week ago and then on Tuesday just before 5pm.
He drives a silver b5 saloon, lowered black rims and some pink on the car (i think) definately some stickers going on...
I keep seeing him and was going opposite direction in 55' plate vectra sri so he'd never have seen me lol!
