Hello and in need of help

Hi All
I have 2 Passat R lines one a 2016 model and one 2017 model both 190 BHP.
Having had VW's for the past 11 years my last being a Golf GT sport that went terminal at 140000 miles.
The 2016 I was looking to get remapped, and would value opinions on this, both positive and negative.
Also I was wanting to know if any of the locked features like voice control can be unlocked with out the extortionate price that VW charge to unlock them £250 each vehicle per feature.
I ideally would like the voice control unlocked but everything else would be good.
