Bad GPS and Radio Reception

Hey guys

I have Pioneer Avic unit in my B6 and recently noticed that GPS signal is not perfect. If I start car first 5 to 10 min car's location goes all over the place and after works fine which I thought is normal but recently noticed that my smartphone does exactly same. Navigation on my phone goes mad if I am driving my car. Also noticed Radio Reception gone worse than before, radio has good signal but as soon as I start car reception goes very bad.
What could be effecting this?
