hi, i was just wondering if it is possible to wire up a sub and amp to the standard head unit? how is it done because i havent had the balls to take mine out yet as i want to keep it in ood condition. i dont want to go out and have to buy a new head unit you see just to wire the subb up. i dont want to reck all the plastic surround trying to get it out either, so does anyone know the procedure to get it out?
i do have knowledge on changing stereos etc as i fittied ice in my last car, but that was an old polo which i dared to rip around and experiment. although this car is new for me and i dont dare falter anthing. and if i disconnect the stereo in proces of wiring t up, will it flip into a safety mode or owt??
