Aftermarket head unit losing memory

Post by Chogg »

Just a quick one I need to confirm before the weekend.

I have just put my old Pioneer head unit in my car and it's losing the memory when I turn the ignition off. I'm sure I have seen that you need to swap the red and yellow wires round. Is that the case?

I need to take it all out for the arial / ipod adaptor and pocket at the weekend anyway so checking so I can get it all done at once :)

Edit.... sorry, forgot to add it's in a b5.5. lol
