I am about to take my car in for a service. Since the last one I have fitted a Clarion unit that came from my previous car in place of the VW Gamma unit and 6 Cd unit.
I thought I read somewhere that if you replace standard VW units VAGCOM will not work properly. Is this correct and should I tell the stealers. If it correct how do they get around the problem?
