Need help with wheel fitment!

Hi there guys!
Looking to start my build with my B5.5 with a new set of shoes! Looking at a set of Octavia VRS rims. However as it's my first build, I need some advise on fitment and adjustment. The stock rims are "6.5Jx15 ET45" if I remember correctly, with 205/60R15 tyres. The set of octavia are "7.5Jx18 ET51" with 225/40R18 tyres.
I was wondering how much work it would take to make them fit properly? I've had a look on a website called "wheel-size" and there was a model of b5.5 with 18s on as standard.
Found the Passat wheel dimentions here: http://www.wheel-size.com/size/volkswagen/passat/2004/
And the Octavia VRS rims here: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/201654304935
If anybody could advise if these are a valid option or if I'd be better off looking at something else, that'd be greatly appreciated!
