Cyclists still riding without lights and dressed in black ( I ride and im lit up to the extreme)
Again more lights, but ive seen the same guy driving with a headlight out for over 2 months
People parking on double yellows and sticking their hazzards on just becuase there to lazy to find a proper parking space.
But I think what winds me up most is young women with pushchairs, using them as weapons so they can cross the road when there is a proper crossing 20ft away.....
