Hey guys.
Need help with buying private plate. The plate I found is on eBay and it's my old plate which I left on car when sold it. The seller advertising it as on retention and comes with certificate. £80 fee already paid.
My question is, can I just straight put on my car without paying additional fees? What is procedure for changing plate? I did it years ago and bought it direct from DVLA.
