Michelin Primacy 4 "Volvo" Tyres Compatability

Good evening and Happy New Year all.
I'm probably going to have to replace one of the Michelin Primacy 4 tyres (235/45R18) on our Passat B8 Estate (2.0TDi R-Line), thanks to an errant nail close to the sidewall.
Some suppliers (here in France) are offering a "Volvo" version of the Primacy 4 at a much lower price than the regular version.
Does anyone know what the difference is between the Volvo and regular versions, and can the Volvo version be fitted on a VW?
