Engine management light

Brief overview incase it’s relevant, engine management light has just came on in my 2016 R-Line estate today. I had a DRL bulb out yesterday, ordered a set of led bulbs from Amazon which stated they were error free (already had led bulbs in it) replaced it and now it’s showing the engine management light on. Was just wondering if anyone has had any sort of issue like this? And if it could be related to changing the bulb over? It’s getting a diagnostic ran on it tomorrow, was just in the meantime to settle my nerves
