Help needed, missing part under car

Hopefully someone can help,
I have a 2017 190BHP Passat R-line variant
I seem to be missing a part under the rear left of the car.
The rear left Bumper near the wheel arch can be easily pushed in.
Looking under the car there seems to be a support or trim missing from the bottom of the wheel arch liner that supports the bottom of the bumper.
My VW dealer keeps getting me wrong parts, seems to be hard to identify what is missing.
Looking on the internet some cars have a full cover that covers the entire bottom of the rear but mine seems to be different.
Can someone with the same car send me a pic of the bottom of their car around the exhaust muffler and the bottom of the left wheel arch liner and the bumper.
Any help would be great.
