Clutch / Slave cylinder

Hi Guys
First post on here as so far my 2015 2.0 tdi passat hasn't missed a beat.
Recently the clutch pedal has been off and started to get stuck at the bottom a few times. I inspected the fluid reservoir and it was low , so i checked for leaks couldn't initially find anything so i bled the system and topped it up. All returned to normal for say 48 hrs and then it went all limp again. So checked the fluid once more and it was low again. So im guessing that potentially the slave cylinder is leaking inside?
But i cannot for the life of me find the replacement part number or even a diagram of what the slave cylinder in this car looks like. i put the VIN into the VW spares site and it cant make up its mind what variant i have but also all the variants it suggests don't match what i have!
Any help would be fantastic
