Car cleaning advice

Due to having a disability im now unable to actually use a sponge/mitt to wash my cars.
Before taking ill ive always washed my 2 cars at least twice a week so i love them clean and shiny!
Im now getting fed up paying at least £5 a time at my local wash.

Is there any way i can wash my cars without laying a finger on them??? I know it may be a funny question but im just wondering! Ive got a karsher power washer but that on its own aint enough for me really.

Any advice??
