LED Headlight

Been seeing some brand new Mercedes with the stupidly bright LED lights, but noticed they do not have washers. I was of the understanding they had to?
But if not, does that mean people can put an LED bulb in their car when they get created (unless already?)
Or do they still have auto headlight adjustment?
