Retro fit isofix. Can it be done?

As above..
My niece is due to arrive in 6 weeks and I am wondering if I can retro fit the isofix baby seat mounting points to my brothers A4 99 T.
Has anyone done this?
I am a confident/qualified welder so do not have any worries about that but just thought I'd ask to get some advice.
