mk2 16v noisy tappets?

Hi Guys,
As some of you might know I'm restoring a Mk2Golf Gti 16v as the car was parked up for a long time there is plenty to be sorted out but what worries me the most is the noisy tappets - I will be changing oil on Wednesday but I don't think that will sort this out - the question is what parts do I need to tackle that - obviously apart from tappets?

Finally would those do the job?
