Re: 19s....shall I ...
When I got mine it was on 17's and sports springs then fitted 19's and to be honest the ride didn't change much till I fitted the coilies, again still rides pretty much the same, obviously a little harsher over big bumps etc but normal roads its fine. Would removing the guts on the DPF increase the particles by much? my last MOT reading (sep 13) was 0.10% standard. Limits something like 1.50%

Re: Any tips on fitting my FK's
Late update but basically had to put everything back together as the front struts seem stuck, Alloy suspension hub and steel struts don't mix well when it comes to corrosion, I didn't want to force the gap open where the pinch bolts goes with it been alloy. Any of you guys had this issue?

Mines an 06 138k and look like original springs. Can still see the colored dots etc. No major rust as far as I can see but hard to see as it sits low in the arm. Not worried as my new coillies are on soon

Yeay, don't need my inner arches rolled afterall
After fitting my 19 X 9.5" Rears ET46 And being told my 255/35/19 were too wide I had the odd scrape when fully loaded or bad road camber, trimmed the inner liner to no avail only to find out its been rubbing on a tiny folded piece of the body work right next to where the last clip for the rear...

Re: Does trailer plug need to be coded?
The small box should be the relay to bypass the canbus. Check its got a permanent live feed. Are the socket pins showing voltage? I wired mine into the fuse panel on passenger side dash, follow live cable and check its fuse!
