In regards to hand break do you mean it cant be switched off without the seat belt on? If so you can do it by depressing the foot brake and pushing the button.

after an egg related incident in the boot of my b6 saloon wondered if the boot hooks to hold shopping bags are avalible and easy to fit.

i was thinking of fitting one on the other side of the boot inline with the existing one.
