Re: electric windows intermittent

number on metal casing 0-130-821-694 sticker num 119-090-xxx-871 If you have a B5 the CCM will be an 1J0 959 799 AH so any Passat motor that starts with 3B4837752 (driver side part number) should be fine but any motor from a b5 should be fine also. 3B4837752C : http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/VW-PASSAT-B...

Re: trip computer stalk

What car you got? B5/B5.5?

If your 100% the new stalk is working then it can only be 2 other things.

Cluster faulty or faulty wiring. (From stalk to cluster)

The stalk buttons are wired directly into the cluster.

Hope this help [emoji1]

You need to pop up the part number of your replacement cluster. As only the right cluster will work on a b5, b5 crossover and b5.5

Unsure if this can be done in an saloon (but can't see why not) but some work is involved and you will need a rear bench with a rear 3 point seat belt.

Don't think so as the hardware is completely different between can and non can.

You could swap the pcb from b5.5 motor to the b5 one and it would work fine. As the motors are identical apart from pcbs

Re: Window reg and door modules.

As above really. B5 and B5.5 motors are different but only in the way they talk to the ccm. Vag-com will only tell you what motors are connected to the ccm in the extra bits. 1J0 http://i50.photobucket.com/albums/f319/soundguybob/VagPic.jpg 1C0 http://www.myturbodiesel.com/images/b5/cecm.png Now as ...
