Car ran fine no problems with starter motor I've read lots of things about ccm

Car wont turn over after lying for year
I have a 2003 1.9 tdi Manual I parked it on drive way took the battery out 6 months ago put battery in my spare bedroom put the battery back in tonight got dash lights and I hear fuel pump but nothing happens when I turn key could immobiliser be on
