dont start throwing money on new turbo. i have 1.9 tdi touran BKC and its making the same whistle. as long as it not using loads of oil and not smoking, id leave it alone. like ray said, if you're worried start checking the things he pointed out

I had similiar problem with gqn 6speed gearbox. Also clutch pedal was sticking half way. After i replaced both cylinders with no improvement, bled system countless times,ended up fitting second hand gearbox which solved all the issues.

2 years suits me. The whole j&r driveshaft is alot cheaper than genuine cv joint. Its unbelievable. Probably im going to buy a genuine one, i know my luck buy cheapest and end up doing the job twice. Thanks for comments gents

looking at the picture, it looks like one bush needs to go from the top and the other one from the bottom. am i right? or can they both be hammered from the bottom?

What are they going to do when affected car is recalled back to Vw? Put another software in Ecu so that nobody can detect it... 2.1 mil Audi's involved around the world as well. I bet Seat and Skoda will be next.
