Water in the driver's footwell

The driver's footwell of my 2009 140TDi Highline Estate is awash.

I've had the scuttle cover panel off and it wasn't really dirty or at all wet in there.

Where should I, please, look next to sort this out?

TIA

Re: Stuck Headlamp Adjusters

Good Morning,

Thank you for replying. I do have the motorised adjusters and this function is working. I have tried to adjust the allen key manual adjusters with the headlamp motors at their highest setting (a - symbol on my switch).

Stuck Headlamp Adjusters - NOW SORTED

I have just renewed the rear shock absorbers and bump stops to my 2009 Passat B6 Estate. This has had the effect f raisingthe rear of the car so now my headlamps are aiming low.
The headlamp adjusters (nylon hex sockets) appear to be stuck. What, please, is the way forward? - all advice welcome.
