Looking to buy some oem 16" alloys wheels currently i have 15"steels on . Will the wheel bolts be OK i don't need longer ones ect ect

Well it's a no go cant read the car there is power to the port just will not talk to the computer on plus side its saved me some money. Sounds like you need a new thermostat ! It's got a new thermostat lol I would say so much poo floating around in the system it keeps the thermostat open from time to time using the cardboard to help it warm up quicker if the outside temp is below 10c then takes ages but some times it fine to warm u...
