Billy my Son-in-law has fitted those wheels (BK299) in chrome but 18" dia to his Passat.
They are 17's on the Golf.
Wanted something different for my Passat and liked those RS8 reps the best.

And one of my Golf!

Its a 2000 W reg 1.8T Sport model so a couple of pics.......

Some headlights you can see to drive with at night!

Where are the plugs? Under the coil packs? So you have to take off the coilpacks (4 bolts each)?

So its just a case of getting a flat bladed screwdriver in there and prize em apart!

Knowing my luck it will split or break! But will give it a go!

I did find a couple of threads on here but they dont tell me what I want to know! The handle on mine is broken off but can open by fiddling around and releasing catch. I want to fit a new handle but cant see how to do it! Do you have to prize the back off the glovebox door? I cant see any screws or ...

After 2 weeks of driving the car I am now thinking this noise could be the ventilation system.
My first thought was replace the pollen filter but having read the sticky thread about them I am wondering if I change it do I have to do the sealing?

Well mine is way over on fast wipe and it does nothing!
The rain sensor seems to work better well its dull and cloudy almost dark.
