Were you getting an error in VAG.COM from the sensor ?

Car has been running rich for a few weeks now .....changed the MAF and had the throttle body cleaned and reset,but its still stinks ................any other ideas on what it could be ?

At least they put oil in, a friend of mine dropped his Golf R32 in for an oil change at the stealers ..........picked it up the following day and off he drove ...............well i say drove it wasnt for long as they had forgoteen to refill it and the engine has now seized

Just as a short term measure to get me thru i popped into my local motor factors and picked up a Carcare A/C cleaner spray ........................................ OMG FFS no one buy it ive gone from having a sweaty feet smell to a puke smell :ymsick: Ive had to use half a can of Detol fresh air spr...

Checked all the carpets and the drains were all checked and cleaned when the car was serviced earlier this year. I spent a while looking for info regarding the "bomb" style sprays and it seems there are mixed feeling and results towards them..... now off to call the stealer so will post ba...

Has anyone tried 1 of those air con cleaning spays ...the 1s you just fire off in the car with the sytem on re-circulation ?

Do they work ? as i have a strange smell coming from my air con or is it worth paying the stealer price for a full air con clean ?
