Hi all how do I sort this out I think the previous owner must have caught it on something is it just a case of loosening the bumper so I can get it back into the clips on the side?
If so any posts on how to loosen/remove the rear bumper

Mines a pd130 engine the egr delete pipe is a 51mm so it should be ok then ?????

Got my Darkside egr delete fitted it's made the world of difference car smoother and more responsive I did willy up cutting the rubber hose a bit tho so what i was wondering was would it be ok to replace the rubber hose with 50mm aluminium ducting

Ah you read my mind was just about to ask about the hose that fits into the black thingy on the left hand side of the valve

My Darkside egr kit has arrived and has been eagerly unwrapped to find no instructions while I'm savvy enough to do it having looked at the guides on here but was just wondering about the pipe on the top or the egr valve do I just plug it with a bolt and tuck it away Cheers

Leicestershire I wouldn't mind making a trip to someone who knows there stuff I'm gonna disconnect the mad next time I use the car see what happens there but I'm def gonna get a new fuel filter and coolant temp sensor as can't hurt to change them

No idea when the fuel filter was changed I've only had it a month and a half

Disconnect? I assume you mean just pull the plug ?
Will it cause any fault lights on the dash ?

Fuses are ok managed to open the cap with a screwdriver guess that's another job to add to the list

Just gone to fill up and the switch won't open the fuel cap it's on empty as wanted to brim it to see what I get out of a tank any ideas

Thx for the welcome and again for the help I'm gonna take a look on eBay the hpi check says the car is a B5F so is that a B5 or a 5.5 or does it not matter when ordering the locks if anyone has a link to some on there that have been ok I'd appreciate it
