Bosch 044 fits a4 1.8t with no mods... Would of thought its ok for ours most decent sellers should sell sleeves for the pump to fit our fuel pump basket, Iv seen our standard fuel pumps running 300bhp. You got a decent fuel filter? 034 has modyfied it so that it is a direct replacment, answer to my own question is no... the 044 will not fit on its own but it can be mounted intake

The car has a K04 015 turbo etc with this that and this, i would imagine a healthy OEM fuel pump would cope with the power the engine can achive perfect, but i wouldnt mind upgrading it rather then replacing it like for like,
