Re: Rear side light (led ring) problem **update**

I'll try clearing codes with new ring in next then.

I've got a saloon,.

I was thinking maybe something to do with the light sensor, as all the lights work when just setting the switch to sidelight or main beam.

Glow Plug change - tdi 140 BKP

Im going to change the glow plugs on my car soon, as I have an intermittent fault popping up, for cylinder 2 glow plug. it all looks pretty straight forward to change them. My question is, in the haynes manual, it says when replacing the cam cover back on to apply a bit of sealant in a couple of spo...

Re: B6... A Working Progress

5x114.3 pcd should fit with 'wobbly' bolts or PCD correctrion bolts. I used to use them on the Vectra. had Brabus style wheels, 5x112 on the car 5x110. used them for 3 years with no problems at all.
no need for adapters then.

Re: Auxiliary heating element - part number?

I think it must just be the slowish traffic i drive in in the morning which is causing the slow warm up. Been out today and temperature went up fairly quick and hit optimum in about 10 - 15 minutes.

Re: Achilles ATR Sport tyres - anyone use them

When I say fairly quick, I just meant at normal road speeds, Haha, just not crawling. I don't "race" on the roads, like you say, it's just too dangerous, not worth the risk. I think I'll give the tyres a go. Not really heard any bad things about them. I used to use fallen fk452's, loved th...

Re: Achilles ATR Sport tyres - anyone use them

Yeah, from the reviews I've read they have come out with pretty good results, especially for the price.

I've had ditch finders before (fullrun) , on my Vectra, needless to say after having the back end step out a couple of times doing slow speeds, I changed them for something a bit better Haha.

Does anyone use Achilles ATR Sport tyres?
What are your thoughts of them.

I'll be using 225/35/19 and 235/35/19 specifically, but reviews on any size will be helpful.

Thanks for that mate. Big help.
Does seem a bit expensive, Haha, if I can't find a cheaper one I think I'll leave it.

I do tend to be driving in traffic in the mornings. I'll keep my eye on the temperature when doing a more brisk drive first thing.
