Well it took me while to get it done had to cut out 3 bolts which would not come free.. and then had the mis-fortune of not knowing how low they would sit and getting the car stuck on my dads ramp... so all had to come out again to be adjusted .. im still not 100% on the front but the back is as low...

has anyone seen or produced a decent looking induction kit for their tdi passat
i would like it to look like its supposed to be there not just a stuck on cone filter

i have just ordered a set for mine today .. i went for pro sport coilys @180 notes apparently they are made in the same factory as jom but what my mate said was , as they are not a true coilover but an uprated shock in a coilover body... when people run them as low as they can go they tend to rattle...

i bought the whole kit off ebay for less than 100 quid delivered just make sure you find out if you have 16mm or 20mm ball joints

egr delete kit made no difference to the power output
but my maf is faulty and they reckon with a geniune vag one my power will raise to 187 bhp

i needed an egr as it was fubar...
it was 49 quid delivered for the kit or 120+ vat for a new egr
what i saved on the egr i will put towards a remap to get rid of the eml on the dash now...

no does not seem to be just comes up with EMISSION WORKSHOP when i start it

hi all i have an 04 tdi passat
which i have removed the EGR with the allard kit
to which now i have the eml on .... can this be removed with vag com... or is there another solution cheers

someone changed the caps for wolfsburg caps and the guy i bought them from changed them to black vw but bought the wrong size on ebay ... so i need to get the right ones again..
