It just goes to show that a collection of cheque-book cars (or hard-earned cars) that are all modded to the hilt and their owners don't make 'the scene'. They're just a very small part of it. Ok, it's a part that probably gets more attention than the rest because of the standard of their cars and t...

Re: any ideas how much 4 a b5 window screen
your better off going to Rac windscreens and seeing how much it is.
wouldn't thought it would be more than £150 fitted, as windscreens are being replaced all the time, so it's not as if you have to wait for a genuine one.

Ive got replicas on, and the qaulity is fine, would buy again if need be, so recomended.
18" reps are dead cheap these days, with tyres, and i think for the money, you can't go wrong.

about this switch, I've alwaysed wondered how to set it, cos when i press mine how do you know if it's on or off?
I done it the other day with the kids in the back, they moved around swinging there arms about, (as they do) and the alarm went off after about 2 mins.

Re: Easiest way to change power steering fluid
Why do you need to change it?
I'd not worry about it, as it's not like engine oil and gets dirty, but if you feel you need to, i think it has to be sucked out. but I may be wrong.

rear discs on a B5 removal.
Can some one tell me how the rear discs come off on the back of the passat B5 .
Are the wheels bearings part of them, or are they seperate?
Replacing them soon, and need to know if I need bearings aswell.

i used to get around 30 to -34 mpg before a remap.
Now I'm havin so much throttle fun, i'm getting around 20-23 mpg. Live life!
Don't get me wrong, a remap is not that bad, if i take it dead easy, it shows around 30-34 mpg .
