same process on laquered, just go easy on the bits that are damaged, you'll find most alloys are laquered.

What digi camera did you use?

you might just need to flush it a few more times maybe, cos the oil might still be lingering in the radiator, or around the sytem somewhere.
I take it your getting this after you've done a head gasket change?

Yeah you need to look out for getting hooked on here, cos you'll want more from your passat!

those bump strips look really really good - did you use a finishing compound? No I've only polished them up. White is dead easy to spray up, rubbed down the strips with 80 grit , then 160 to make it smoother, first coat was plastic clear primer, then a coat of hi-build primer, rub down slightly wit...
