hello guys just wondering is there any way of getting scratches out of black plastic bumper strips

still not had rattled checked yet due to work comittments,however noticed rattled is more of a buzz (almost electrical relay sound) and its mainly more noticable when engine is warm ,only hear it after its been revved when you release accelarator,anyone had anything similar?

just purchased 99 1.8t 20v sport passat only done 41000 have noticed an annoying rattling noise from engine when revved any ideas but please dont tell me its dead , i have no idea since this is first passat!
