Bit of trouble

hi lads ladies iv a b7 and need a few experts to give me a hand lol. Injector number 4 was playing up so i replaced it. Done all the seals washers etc. But it still playing up and giving the same codes also code p0204 and p2279 . But as soon as i knock off ignition and start again it goes sound for a mile only. Hesitant to take accelator at times also any ideas
