B7 Purchase Advice

I'm looking at buying a B7 diesel in the near future. Ideally I want one that hasn't done too many miles, i.e. 50-60k.

There are one or two on the market that seem to fit the bill, but the MoT Histories would suggest that they haven't done many miles in the last 2 to 3 years, less than 1500.

What concerns me is possible DPF or EGR issues due to them having just been tootling around to the supermarket and back.

What sort of problems am I likely to encounter?
