start stop problem

This is my first post so be gentle with me
I have a problem with my start stop system after a cutch and flywheel change.
When the start stop activates and the car engine stops, when I set off again the car does not start and the glow plug flashes. I can't start the car while the glow light is flashing until I disable the start stop system. Does anyone have any ideas what is happing. I have the car booked in next week at the garage who changed the clutch to check for codes. Passat tdi 2013
