Which spec B7 to get ?

Am after a new car and looking at Passat B7 2.0TDI Estate 2010> with a budget of around £3500. Happy with higher mileage thats been looked after.
Am confused with all the specs. Highline and sport looks out of my budget so looking at SE. Theres also Bluemotion Tech ?
Seems like SE don't have rear parking sensors. Are these easy/cost effective to retrofit to OEM ?
Has anyone changed out the stereo for one of those 10.1 inch screens ? Any good ?
Is there much difference between SE and a the higher spec B7 ?
Anything to look out for or avoid ?
