vacuumed out!

hi all im just in the process of finishing a bv43 turbo and fmic installation with egr delete on my 2004 passat 130tdi,and am a bit confused as to what i need to do with all the extra vacuum pipework i have over ?.
im sure i seen on here somewhere a diagram or a reworked vacuum pipe set up,if anyone could help on this it would be most appreciated
