Help me decide...

I'm buying a B5.5 wagon. I have been to see two today. I'm going to buy one but genuinely can't decide.

I really liked this car. It drove really well. 180k ish. All the bits In the add plus auto wipers and been owned by a genuine car person who knows what he's on about. Insurance may be an issue with the coilovers. I'm not sure on Tesco and mods and they are shut now to check. Regularly self serviced. Cambelt allegedly done within last few years but no evidence.
Car 2: 2005 Highline. Silver. 132k. In better condition inside and out than the other car but has one rusty wing (still within warranty period of 12 years though) and a big patch of lacquer missing off the bonnet. Been sat for two months not in use. I didn't drive it as it has no tax but it started and ran fine. Cambelt done summer 2015 with proof. Last serviced in September. Seller will put on 12 months MOT prior to sale. Leather!
Both cars same price. What would you do?
