Headlight Beam Change for Europe

Hi, have a GT 150 DSG Estate (no LED's) and departing for France next weekend.
Does anyone know if the headlight beam can be adjusted to the other side?
Really don't want to stick those horrid plastic things on the lights if I can help it...
