Ac electrical fan

Hi guys,
Had my refrigerant refilled today, and I noticed the electrical fan was not working. The mechanical one running off the belt is but the one for air con does not move.
I tried turning the ac on and changing to different settings but no luck.
Any suggestion? I was thinking maybe a fuse or relay? Tried looking on Google but there are a number of relays for the fans plus I found no mention of a fuse?
