Creaking noise, rear bushes or coilovers?

I have a creaking noise coming from the back left of my car. I grabbed a roofrail earlier and started moving the car side to side to hear where the noise is coming from...... The rear left wheel. She has budget coilovers that have covered around 30k.....Or could it be bushes....Are bushes an expensive/hard job to do?
