19 inch alloys

hi folks just looking for a bit of advice on some wheels
I've been offered a set of rs8 replicas really cheap
the pcd is 5x112 so know thats ok
rim size is 19inch 8.5j wide
tyres are 235/35/19
offset is 35 to 45
will these fit my standard b5 suspension and clear the control arms without any issues
