short shifter fitted

Waste of time
The throw is no different and when its in neutral it feels stiff, and there are 3 little aluminium pieces and a spring, haven't got a clue where they go
Anyone else fitted these short shifters?
On a more positive note, at least the 312 brake conversion feel amazing
